Notification:

1. Every volunteer should arrive at the venue at 9:30 am to help stage setting and senior welcoming. The detailed address can only be sent to the event registered volunteers.

2. There will be an orientation at 9:30 am before setting the setting.

3. Volunteers who don't drive please come to the designated gathering place（which we inform all attending volunteers 2 days before the events）and go to the event venue with other volunteers together.

4. Please dress casually and properly.
